Nexas Wear operates an online store offering ladies' intimate apparel, lingerie, nightwear, and related products.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, including available size and color options, before placing an order.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our online store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Orders paid through manual payment methods, including bank transfer, are processed after the payment has been verified.
Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in cash to the delivery representative when the order is delivered.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed using an appropriate available method.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation while an order remains unfulfilled, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability may change without notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
Nexas Wear is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information supplied at checkout.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that intimate apparel is subject to hygiene-related return and exchange conditions.
