SHIPPING POLICY

Nexas Wear currently delivers orders within Pakistan.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard shipping is Rs 220 per order.

Orders of Rs 2,999 or above qualify for free standard shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Our standard delivery transit time is approximately 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

For bank transfer orders, processing begins after payment has been received and verified.

Cash on Delivery orders are processed after the order has been confirmed according to our order-verification process.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive shipping and tracking updates where available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, additional delivery charges or other arrangements may apply.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may make further delivery attempts according to its procedures.

Additional charges may apply where a parcel needs to be re-dispatched because of customer-provided incorrect information or an unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please contact Nexas Wear as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, Nexas Wear cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
